Does your life sucks? Then try Something new for 30 days.

The formula is very simple, Challenge yourself to do anything(you love or you don’t) for 30 consecutive days.

Here is the step by step guide to complete start and complete 30 day challenge:

Step 1: Find what you would like to do for 30 days (GOAL)

Make a list of challenges you would like to accomplish in 30 days. This challenges can be anything

  • From forming a good habit to getting rid of a bad habit
  • Challenge to take 10,000 steps/day
  • Starting a blog
  • Making new friends
  • Trekking
  • Cycling
  • …anything.

Find the challenge you wanted to do from so many days but you couldn’t or challenge that you would love to accomplish.

Step 2: Find the reason behind your challenge

You found the challenge. Superb. Now find the reason.
Ask this question to find the reason:

  • Why would you like to complete that challenge.

Be honest with yourself. As soon as you get the reason, you will feel very energetic and excited.
You will be very excited to complete the challenge.

Step 3: Make a plan


Planning is very important to execute any task. Plan is nothing but the step by step procedure to execute your challenge.
For e.g. If you want to start jogging
then your plan should be like

  • At what time you should wakeup
  • At what time you should goto bed
  • For how much time you would like to jog.
  • What to do if you are exhausted
  • … and more.

Step 4: Start execution

Vision without execution is just hallucination.

You got the challenge, reason and plan, then start executing it and don’t stop till you succeed.
Don’t try to complete your challenge instead complete your challenge in anyway.

Step 5: Success

During your journey you will be astonished with the difference you start to feel in your life.
After completing your challenge you will be more motivated and confident then before.
Now you can tell everybody that your life is ROCKINGGGGG…!!!!!!

Celebrate your success and reward yourself to complete the challenge.
